District Sales Manager

OBJECTIVE
This position is responsible for medical sales representative / Sales promotion representative and also to achieving the sales of DKT product.
DIMENSION
Sales & Distribution
  • Doing all the routine job aspect order by superior
  • Obligation to submit report for result of duty
  • Support other department in the term of coordinating
  • Coordinate with external stake holder
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • To set up objective team and individual member
  • To ensure maximum coverage on midwive [bidan]
  • To achieve dominance in merchandising of DKT Product in outlet
  • To supervise,control and motivate the team in order to achieve the set objective
  • Monitoring distributor activities to ensure reachig our set objectives
  • Actively working in field by himself, together with his team also with distributor
GENERAL REQUIREMENT

Education:
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) , Preferable  S1 [Bachelor Degree]
Experience:   
  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience as supervisor / AM / DSM in pharmaceutical business [Ethical / OTC / Consumer Goods]. Preferable from contraceptive / hormonal business
  • Good Level on integrity, positive and self-confidence manner
  • Strong Leadership, analytical & Business Skills
  • Good Presentation and interactive communication skills
  • Result oriented, proactive and hard worker
  • Role model & best practice
  • Computer literate
Specific Technical and or Soft Skill:
  • Good knowledge on operation & strategic of Sales & Distribution
